  • Discuss the importance of exploring form and function when responding to behavior.
  • Explore the development of a multi-tiered system of behavior support.
  • Investigate how the improvement of behavior support can have a positive impact on climate and culture.

Speaker: Jim Harris, Opportunities Consulting Services LLC
Jim Harris is the owner of Opportunities Consulting Services. Jim has presented at a variety of conferences locally to internationally. Throughout his career, he has worked as an early interventionist, parent educator, educational consultant, and behavioral health therapist.  In addition to authoring the audio program, “10 Things You Need to Know About Kids”, Jim has worked with organizations such as the Fred Rogers Company and the U.S. Department of Education.
