This session is designed for new sites and leaders from HSTW/MMGW sites and will focus on creating a high performing school improvement culture with support and resources from the Ohio Department of Education and HSTW NE Ohio Region.  Experienced district/building administrators will share insights on building partnerships and capacity for change using the HSTW/MMGW school improvement framework.  Regional professional development and networking opportunities will be shared.

Attendees will:

  • Will be shown the alignment of the HSTW/MMGW design with other Ohio school improvement efforts.
  • Learn how HSTW/MMGW partners with SSTs, ECs, Tech Prep and other partners to provide support for school improvement and build local capacity for change.
  • Engage in dialogue with experienced superintendents and administrators from existing HSTW/MMGW sites on strengths and challenges.
