What’s Making News!
The Central/SE Region recognizes the following school for their commitment to school improvement:
- Granville High School – for receiving the designation as a 2021 National Blue Ribbon School. The recognition is based on a school’s overall academic performance or progress in closing achievement gaps among student subgroups. The coveted National Blue Ribbon Schools award affirms the hard work of educators, families and communities in creating safe and welcoming schools where students master challenging and engaging content. Granville High School was also recently named a 2022 Gene Bottoms Pacesetter Site by the Southern Regional Education Board. The high school will be recognized at the July 2022 Making Schools Work conference in Grapevine, Texas.
